Privacy policy

Huzuri is built by [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on this website, including the waitlist, and what we do with it. It does not cover the Huzuri app used by our customers. That is set out in each customer’s agreement with us.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist. It’s the only thing we store about you.
  • Your IP address, which your browser sends with every request. We use it for a minute at a time to stop repeated sign-ups and don’t save it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.
  • Your theme choice (light or dark), saved in your own browser. It is never sent to us.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To email you when early access opens, and occasionally about the launch. We do this because you asked us to by joining the waitlist, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who sees it

Our team, and the companies that run our service for us: our hosting provider, Render (servers in Singapore), and the provider we use to send email. They handle it only on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and we’ve written to you, then for up to 12 months unless you become a customer. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or to be taken off the list. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, or write to [privacy@huzuri.example]. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

Keeping it safe

Everything is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only our team can reach the list. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to the minimum above.

Children

The waitlist is for businesses, and not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change matters to how we use your email, we’ll tell you before it applies. See also our terms of use.
